The Project

Toyota Material Handling is one of the leading players in the logistics and warehouse solutions market, operating as part of the globally recognized Toyota brand. While its automotive heritage is widely known, the material handling division needed to establish a more distinct and stronger brand presence in the digital space.

As the need arose to modernize sales and marketing processes and shift traditionally offline operations toward online channels, we were entrusted with designing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy to support this transition.

The Challenge

For Toyota Material Handling, the key challenge was to shift traditionally offline sales processes into the digital space.

This transformation had to reach a more conservative decision-maker segment aged 45–65, while clearly distinguishing the logistics and warehouse division’s brand identity from Toyota’s automotive reputation.

The Solution

We implemented an integrated online marketing strategy combining social media, SEO, EDM campaigns, and gamification.

Through a unified visual identity and data-driven optimization, the campaigns successfully addressed both a broader audience and a highly specialized professional target group.

Remarketing played a central role, alongside interactive content designed to enhance customer experience and engagement.

Results

As a result of the strategy, Toyota Material Handling became a market leader in social media performance, generating more than 37,500 interactions and surpassing its main competitor, Still, on Instagram.

EDM campaigns achieved open rates between 19–40%, an outstanding performance within the B2B sector.

Thanks to SEO optimization, organic traffic increased significantly, while online advertising and gamification solutions delivered measurable growth in lead generation and webshop traffic.
